QJ Deep Well Submersible Pump Overview:

QJ Series submersible pumps are widely used in farmland irrigation, spray irrigation, drawing water from wells, water supply and drainage system for industrial or civil buildings, as well as water drawing system in hills and mountain areas, drainage of stagnant water in low-lying areas, water supply and drainage system for mines and factories in cities or villages, and other water conservancy facilities. Its Characteristics are that it has simple structure with motor and pump integrated, easy to install, maintain or disassemble, covers little floor space. It works safely and reliably, causes no pollution to water source.

QJ Deep Well Submersible Pump Applicable scope:

  1. 1. Three-phase power supply, voltage 380V (error less than 5%), frequency 50Hz (error less than 1%).
  2. 2. Motor must be filled with clean water.
  3. 3. The first stage of the impellers of the pump should be immersed at least 2m under dynamic water level. The pumping unit shall not be deeper than 70m under static water level. The bottom of motor shall be at least 3m above well bottom.
  4. 4. Water temperature no higher than 20 ℃.
  5. 5. Sand content of the water (by quality) not more than 0.01%.
  6. 6. Water PH 6.5~8.5.
  7. 7. The content of hydrogen sulfide in water not more than 1.5 mg/l.
  8. 8. The content of chloridion in water shall not be higher than 400mg/l.
  9. 9. The water source shall yield enough water for the pump to work continuously.

QJ Deep Well Submersible Pump Structure feature and work principle

QJ model submersible electric pump lifts water with high efficiency. Its pump head and motor are integrated, saving energy. It works under water, composed of submersible motor, pump head, lifting pipe, etc. It uses vertical water filling wet squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor is filled with clean water inside for cooling and lubricating the bearing. The motor winding uses polyethylene insulation nylon sleeve and water-resistant magnet wire. The top part of the motor is sealed with deflector and framework oil, preventing medium leakage inside or outside. The pump is vertical type, with single stage/multistage closed centrifugal impeller. It delivers medium via blower inlet casing.
